Power steering squeeling

My power steering pump is squeeling on these cold mornings. I'm not sure I remember it doing it last year. It stop once the engine is warmed up. Is this a sign of the pump going bad or the fluid being crap?

Rejoice, probably neither, try tightening the belt. Belts loosen slightly when cold and shrink a bit when warm. GL :)
