Hicas

I recently replaced my standard steering wheel with to a Momo sport steering wheel, in my 1994 R33 Skyline. Now every now and again i get the Hicas light light up. What is it and should i be worried about it? other told me its my power steering fluid is low but i checked that and its fine, so what could it be??

R33 was made in 1994? I thought production started in 1995? Unless it was like november/December 1994....
