explorer 98 dash lights

my 98 explorer has no dash lights...replaced headlight switch...nothing...tested dimmer switch...ok....radio clock works....waring lights work...fuse is ok....any ideas...this is my 3rd time posting for help...

disconnect battery for 10 minutes. Reconnect and try.
