93' Engine rumbling loud

93 pontiac grandam, says QUAD on the engine, basiclly all I know. Anyways, the engine has been rumbling REALLY loud whenever the car is on. You can hear it really well from the inside, but once i opened the hood and turned it on, you could tell it was coming from the engine. It's got like 95k miles on it. Anyone got any suggestions?

theres plenty of oil in it, but the check oil light flashes every now and then. My dad sugested something with the oil pump or something? Not sure.
