Headlight chimes on 96 voyager

My 1996 voyager has chimes that go off when I leave the headlights on and maybe other things. Recently, the chimes started going off on their own while driving and I have been unable to figure out why. Sometimes it is a few at a time and other times they chime forever. I do not know if there is a major problem of so sort, but i do not think so. Iwas looking for fuse to disconect and not worry about it, but could not find a dedicated fuse for this.

Anyone have an Idea why this is happening, and have an idea on how to stop it?

Thanx, but no it is not. it happens with all levels of fuel. long before the little gas pump lights up.
