99 Intrepid - Convert Kilometers to MPH

I have a 1999 Chrysler Intrepid that was made for use in Canada. It is legally registered in the USA, but has the speedometer and odometer units that read in kilometers instead of MPH. (Speedo is analog gauge, odometer is digital display). I want to change the instrument cluster and convert the odometer to MPH but I need to know if anything else needs to be done: eg. speed sensor change, adding a converter to speedo cable, re-program the computer etc. My Chrysler/dodge dealer has been no help at all on this, and neither was the Chrysler call-in line. Any help on this conversion would be really appreciated.
Thanks!
Thanks!

you may have to replace the body control module, and also the cluster itself. I'm not sure about that, but i will look into it for you....

Thanks for the help. I already picked up a MPH cluster. I'm really looking to see what else I need to do.
Thanks again.

You might have to have the new MPH cluster calibrated for use on your car since it was made to read KPH not MPH.
