I have searched but havent come up with anything concrete. Just wondering whether seats i.e. fabric will still look good painted gloss??? I know you can often buy matt/semi-gloss black but I need red for the DC5 Integra Recaro seats, is Tamiya's MS-3 Bright red ok??? Or where can I get a semi-gloss red?? Revell dont seem to do one either

I find you can use any gloss paint, then you just go over it with a coat of dull clear with your air brush to give it that satin finish, if you dont have an airbrush you can get dullcoat in a spray can also, you definitly want to spray it though, as brushing will make the colors run.

Why not use Flat red?
Tamiya and Testors both make flat red, I think Tamiya's paint code is XF-7.
