White Gauge Faces

I'm trying to install white gauge faces on my 2000 ZX3 Focus and am having trouble removing the nob for the odomoter trip reset. Can someone tell me how it comes off. Unscrew? Yank? Etc?

You need a special tool to remove the needles on the Focus. I know that some gauge kits come with them, but if your didn't you could probably just go and get one at an auto parts store.
