rear window replacement

Does anyone know how to replace a rear window (non-hinged type). Specifically how do you take one out (say from a junkyard) and then put it in. I'm from so calif. and theres some guy shooting people windows out on the freeway. I'm trying to do it myself and save some money.

I found it on a website, how (http://www.nissanminis.net/modshop.php?mod_cat=12) to replace a rear window. I had somebody apply pressure to the window as I pulled the string. It was easy. Get a string that is the thickness of a shoestring.
