Buell question

I have a 2000 buell thunderbolt. It is belt driven with a 61 tooth rear sprocket and a 128 tooth belt. I was wondering if I could go with a 65-66 tooth sprocket with the 128 tooth belt and move the wheel as far forward as it will go
