Hello everyone.
The end of 2004 was quite a change for me.
First, life of university started september.
Second, I moved. Will be moving again early january. because everything was still in boxes in the basement, plus univerisity was so busy compared to high school, I never had time/room to build models. Hopefully its going to change by next year. Then i will probably continue on my Dragon BMW 316i :)

I bought myself a car from scholarship off high school. It is a 91 eagle summit(signature. $1800). It is not in a bad condition. Not too long after I got the car, i know it is a good idea to build a replica of my very first car, but i dont know if such a model kit exist. So i wonder if you have any ideas to make something that would look like it. I was thinking of modify from some hasegawa lanevos, then paint it black and white, but those models seem a little rare. I think it would also be a fun idea to scratchbuild hubcaps to put on steel wheels.

Just treat this as something to think about for fun :)

I dont know if this helps, but Hasegawa make a Galant VR4, which is looks quite similar to your car.

Thanks. I used to have an old account, and I just lurk around the car modelling forum for 2 years already.
That car indeed looks like mine. Is it a rare kit? I owned it once when i was like 6 something years old. I did stupid things to it such as gluing 4-5 pairs of side mirrors onto its doors. It quickly went to the garbage after grandparents cleanup the apartment and I never saw this kit again.

I don't really know much about the kit itself :dunno:, I was just having a look around the website for my LHS http://www.acornmodels.co.nz/product.php?prod=39161 and I saw it there

The kit has been OOP for sometime now. The quality is good for an old Hasegawa kit. I have one with the painted body. Just to warn you that there are some Galant kits that come painted in white, black, gray. Overall a great buy, if you can find one. Good luck!
