I've noticed that my ignition turnes off by it self. How hard is it to replace on a 1989 tbird

u might want to check your electrical connections they might be loose or faulty or maybe your not getting enough fuel or even a vacuum leakcheck gasket surfaces on the throttle body

thanks it turned out to be a small paice on the steering column that i samcked back into place with a hammer
