Has anyone had a problem with their intake manifold gasket. Mine some how has blown. What causes this and what gaskets do i need? The upper or the lower or both. And what else do I need to replace.

Yeah, I think everyone with a 3.1 or 3.4 has had to replace their intake gasket. The combination of being a terrible design and the expansion/contraction of the intake and heads is what makes them go bad. You should be able to purchase a kit that will have everything in it you need to replace, such as o-rings for the injectors and a TB gasket, etc.

real common prob with both motors. 3.4 is really delicate. Just follow all the instructions closely when replacing.
