Hyper Grounding kit

Has anyone used the hyper grounding kit? doe anyone know if these really wok?

they wont make any real horsepower or anything but they will compliment your electrical system. Thinks like headlights dimming when you use power windows or have speakers thumping. I have also heard that the transmission tends to shift a little smoother. Dont expect anything drastic but it might help your truck run better and be a little happier.
