87 GT Conv - Horn Burning Out

I keep having the horns 'burning out.' It doesn't sound/go off by itself, that's normal. It just fries itself after a about a year or so and then? I replace them and everything is OK for another year. I have a small drain on the battery but doesn't seem directly related to the horn.
