Questions about Denali

I recently was looking at a 05' denali and it had 4 captain's chairs (two in front and 2 in back) and I was wondering, do the one's in the back fold? You know for like more cargo room?

You'll notice fabric pull tabs on the seat bottom, near the back end. Pull to move the seat bottom up and forward. Remove the headrest and, pulling on the 'recline' lever, move the seatback forward. Bada boom...more cargo room. :)
