signal wire

i have an m3 mirrors but have no idea how to hook the led turn signals on to the regular turn signals. Which wire do i hook them up to. Each one of the mirrors have a white, black, and blue or pink wire. it is for 97 civic.

my guess and thats all it is is that your blue or pink would be your signal your black would be ground and your white would be hot they probably stay lit when your turn signal isnt being used but thats just a guess i dont have any so how would i know

white and blue/pink are useless. they r on the same circuit. either one is u'r + wire. and the black is the ground. u can just hook the black straight to the body, even the door. as for the the white or blue/pink, that would hook into u'r blinker + wire. i believe it was a green/white (LH) and a green/red (RH) wire that is the + to the blinker filament. if not then it's the other wire (not the black one)
