Changing of standard speakers

Another question from the AF newbie :)

I read somewhere that the standard front speakers a "dual cone" speakers, being 1 cone for regular sound and 1 cone for cellphone. Is this true?

So if I was to change the standard speakers to another brand, I would loose the cellphone speaker sound?
