95 ranger trouble starting when hot

I have a 95 ranger 4.0 when the truck is warmed up and I shut it off for a while and start it back up it chuggs and I have a hard time keeping it running if I rev the enging up it will come out of it and run great, I have replaced both o2 sensors and the plugs and wires. Any suggestions on what would be causing this? HELP!!!
