air breather for intake???

wear does the air breather filter go on the intake pipe??? it makes no sense. please help

it goes where the tube normally goes that connects your PCV valve

do urself a favor and throw away the brether filter it will do nothing.hook the hose from the intake to the oil line on the valve cover it'll get cooler air that way, breather filters dont do crap for nething the hole in the intake is there for a reason.

well im curious, b/c i have talked to many import shops that reccomend running the hose from the intake to a hose on the FUEL RAIL(not sure if thas what it is) buuut its riiiight on top of the intake plenum. And then putting the breather on the valve cover. I know they put my friends V2 on and they capped off the second hole on the intake and then still put the breather on.....???? I mean thas how i ended up running mine, b/c shiiiit thas what them kats do for a living *shrugs*

you don't need to have the air breather for the intake, you either use the hose to connect it to the PCV Valve, if the hose is short, you could get this little plastic nipple(s) at Pep Boys to put on the little hole on the intake.
