2003 Expedition Fuse Box Location

Does anyone out there have a definitive location on the fuse box for the 2003 Expedition... tha manual says it's located on the right side of the instrument panel, but I cannot locate... where it be???

If you are siting in the front passenger seat, it is located in front of the door and just off the floor . There is a small panel that pulls off.
To open the fuse cover you need to use a key to pop the little lock near the bottom.
