skyline VS. tiburon

i was reading a bout the top speed of a skyline GTR R34 v-spec2 and it was like 155mph and my mom has a 2004 Hyndai tiburon gt-v6 with a six speed, which (stock) tops out at around 162 ____thats weird because i thought the skyline would smoke a tiburon---i still cant believe it

the tib may have a higher top speed, but how quick does it get there?? The skyline may beat it because of acceleration.... just a thought.... because i thought a skyline would beat a tib also.

I believe the Skyline is also governed at 155mph.

The skylines even the 2l sohc can easily reach their governed speed. With a speed cut defender they can easily go over

Well the Non-GTR's are gear ratio limited to 250km/h ( 155mph ). The GTR however has different gear rations. Based on that and using a simple calculation the threrotical top speed of the GTR is between 305km/h and 315km/h or 189mph or 195mph depending on which model you own.

Remember it will rip that Tiburon a new asshole in acceleration, cornering, breaking, and style any day of the week. That is of course you push the tiburon out of an airplane at 50,000 ft then it will out acclerate a GTR, out break it when it hits the ground, but still won't our handle or corner it. Sorry to burst you wee little bubble JR.

and a hundai tiburon does not have a top speed of 162, it has a top speed of 132mph.
