remote starter wiring diagrahm

i just recently installed a reomte starter to my 2000 ford explorer and it worked 2 times but hasnt since.....does anyone know what the problem can be....everything was put in right except for maybe the constant power wires because everywhere that i looked it said the 2000 has 2 constant power wires but mine has 4...does anyone know how i can get it to work i dont want to pay for to put it in when i can do it myself.
