2002 Altima won't start, HELP PLEASE!

If you have any idea what the problem is, please let me know. I have a 2002 Altima that I haven't had any problems with until this morning. I woke up to a cold, snowy day, the first we have had this year. My car, when started, sounded like it wanted to turn over, but just couldn't. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

You probally need some dry gas that happens alot with my car.
