Fuel Injector Upgrades?

Hi Everybody,
I was just looking at an article which spoke about replacing the stock fuel injectors with 19#/hr takeouts from a Ford engine. The upgrade supposedly improves atomization of fuel due to a 4 opening nozzle, resulting in a 10+ hp and 2-5mpg improvement. I found loads of them available on e-Bay (for not much $$ I might add), however, all of these stated they fit up to 1995 4.0L I6.
So what's the scoop? Do the 96 and newer already have the improved injectors or is there an upgrade for them too? (Mine is a '96 sport) Does it really give you that kind of improvement?
If so, for those of you with '95 and previous, you should check this out! It looks (on the outside) like a fairly inexpensive yet worthwhile upgrade. Here's where I found it:

Having just had all 6 of my injectors replaced, I'd have to recommend doing it. My '88 4.0 suffered quite a few problems (one of which that was caused by the old injectors was they dumped so much excess fuel the engine couldn't set up to pass an emission test) including unreliable ability to run at a curb idle speed.
Of course, my injectors *must* be gold plated at $117.00 per ;) but I didn't have to install them and at that price they were very nearly worth all the problems they made disappear...
Sorry I can't answer your question about a stock item upgrade, but just new over old made a huge difference in my old clunker...

This seems like an easy upgrade! Injectors on these Jeeps are a snap to replace, replaced all my o-rings in less than 1 hr! Let us know if you get them and try them out!

When I see the price of take out injectors on e-Bay, I'd think all you guys with pre-95's would be scrambling to do this...

I don't know what the 5.0 injectors are, I'd recommend reading the article in the first post, they said if you go too big, BAD things can happen...
