Accord MPFI fit 4th gen?

will a 88-91 honda accord mpfi,ecu,,,,
fit a 90 civic 1.5?
just wanted to make shore before I bought the setup,
a junkyard has one for 40$ up here,
I seen the twinky resistor box with it & I'm pretty shore the
ecu's in the car,
but does anyone know if that ecu will work?
also,I did not see the distributor,
but I have a distributor from a 92 civic cx,mpfi,ext...
but will that fit?
I dont think I will need the wiring harness but not too shore,
& will I need anything else?

I think the only thing that might work is the resistor box, the ECU won't work that well, better to find a PM6 (I think thats what it is, 88-91 Si)....
