Holy Expensive

ok so a few weeks ago i posted that my rear quarter panel glass got shot out. (The one that says 240sx) So i call this glass guy up that does work at our shop and he says a brand new one with his discount costs $430 dollars. I was like holy fucking christ. BUT good thing is he is getting me a used one so i was like whoa thanx for the scare there buddy. He gets the used one and will install it for 120. I checked a few yards myself and i got ranges from 80-90 dollars just for the glass. So people be wear, CHERRISH your quarter glass with extra prayers, because there hard to find in junkyards, well atleast around here they are. O yea and that 240sx sign in the window is nothing more than a silver sticker backing, i wanted to keep it but i was like wow its just silver peice of tape. So i thought of like putting a different color back there or just blacking it out. But after further re-evaluating my rash decision im going to sport the 240 sign cuz its super pimp tyte A-spec leet drifter stylz!!!!!! yea im gay.

no really i didnt want to have to take the other side off to do that side too because well that window is a bitch just incase you guys didnt no. So dont piss any people off because if they go window happy, your screwed sideways, front ways, orally and anally. and your face will look like this :eek7: at insertion and this during :crying: and this afterwords :frown: . ok i just wanted to use the faces since i never do.

That is why do-it-yourself and ebay makes great repairs. Do your own work, learn the car that you drive.

uhhhhhh dude i know the car i drive, who do you think went to the yards a took the other windows out?? Plus i dont have time to work on my own shit at the shop, well because we have customers that need their shit fixed. lol come preaching like your a father or something.

Never have time my *ss. I would stay up late one day to just get that chance to work on my car. Even if I was tired for work the next day.

What if you have a dirt driveway with no garage and theres 12inches of snow on the ground at around 10deg. outside? And there's ninjas waiting for you out there. Sometimes it's best to just bring it in ^^

ummm, fighting ninjas wont help the fact that you have A HUGE HOLE WHERE YOU WINDOW IS MISSING!!! and if it was snowing, then i doubt he would be able to go into his driveway and install a new window if he has never done it before....what if its sealed wrong and water gets in it, sometimes its better to just take it in and have a professional do it....

exactly, my drive way is like a mountain ok its steep. Its freeeeeeeeezing fucking cold out. YES i could do it, but when you wake up every mourning at 8 am and work on gay ass cars till 5 pm, you want to come home eat dinner, take a shit, call your girl, and fucking relax. NOT start working on cars again. Especially a gay ass window instalation. Now if was swapping in a rb25 or something cool then i would probably not sleep until its done. So why not let the pro do it in like the 2 seconds it would take him and be done with it and know its sealed good.
