this is my newest, work. i've been workin on it for some time, coming up with ideas and what not. the plan right now is a twin turbo v-10. not sure if its going to fit tho, if it doesn't i will kit bash a dodge stock car for the engine. i have, thus far, grafted in the stock car rear suspension. here are a couple pics of the body to tide you over. i'll get some of the chassis work in a little bit.

it looks like its going to fit. i'll just have to use front mount turbos, like the setup on my 69 mach 1

Cool I had that idea but was not sure how much work it would be to fit a v10 in to it. I was going to use a viper for the suspension.

first off, sorry for the poor quality, i'll try and get some daylight shots tomorrow. the wheels and tires are Stock car tires. who says it has to be street legal :evil grin: this is definately gonna be a street racer's wet dream. lol. i scratchbuilt the rear spring set up and the panhard bar. the rear end has been narrowed. as for the interior, expect it to be basic, a single racing seat, sheetmetal dash, and basic guages, definately gonna follow the kiss principle

well, i got the intercooler and turbo's done, again i apologize for teh picture quality.

the intercooler eliminates all room for the radiator, so it will be mounted in the bed somewhere with some ducting. all that is left, is to detail the wheels, build the fuel cell, and the interior....which will be the most challenging part

well i've been working on this pretty steady and i've made some head way. i've got most of the chassis done. the rear end is done, i made a rear end cooler a plumbed it in. the chassis is set in place, and the radiator is in. i made an optima red top which will set in the bed and get wired in. the interior tub is just about done....its pretty bare, but this is a street race truck, only need the bare necesities there is a fire extinguisher, a seat and the dash, i wish i had picked up some MSD boxes already. i need some hex styrene too, to add some realism to my braided lines, questions and comments please. on to the pics.

the turbo's are kind of hard to explain without step by step pictures, if you guys are interested, i will make a how to. if my pictures will turn out good enough.
rapstagangsta: a lot of the details on this are tests for upcoming projects, i just wish i had the hex tube styrene for the AN fittings. those will be had before i start any of my 05 projects.
