Missing cylinder

ok heres the probem, For some reason the other day one of my cylinders stopped firing. I started my car and it was about -5 outside and it seemed to be running ok. but as I was driving I noticed it wasn't.

I have changed the spark plugs and checked the high tension leads. I have also checked for compression.

Any ideas?
