Blower resistors

My blower motor only works on 4 & 5 and it went out the day before the coldest day of the season. Well I'm trying to change the resistors for blower setting 1, 2, & 3. Does anyone know the resistor settings for the 1-3? 1 & 2 went out about 1 1/2 yrs ago but repair was covered under warranty so now it's time to fix it myself. Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
