Replacing belts on 93 accord (Pleeease Help)

the two belts on the side of the motor (not sure the names of them). The out side one broke, went to replace it and saw that the other one is pretty bad also. I have to book and it shows how to do the outside one but the inner one I don't see any bolts to adjust and remove. Pleeease help.
