Hi everyone
I have recently purchased a new X3 2.5L Sept 04 model. I am in the market for a new mobile phone and want it to work with the bluetooth kit in the car. The BMW dealership gave me a lits of BMW approved phones, but they are all old models. Can any suggest a current model mobile phone which will work - and not a basic model phone either :-)
Thanks

Was bluetooth a special option in your car? I just purchased a 2004 BMW X3 3.0 (CPO) with the Premium pkg, xenon lights, and navigation. I took it to the dealer and asked if they could activate the blutooth (I have a Motorola v600 w/ bluetooth). They told me since I have the SOS button, I'd have to pay $1000 to add bluetooth ($700 for the part + $300 labor).
So, for the '04 models of the X3, was bluetooth an additional option?
