Does anyone know where I can get isome inexpensive but good quality, durable and slidable frame and swingarm sliders that come with instructions and kit to install them? I need it non-metal, polycarbonate or something, as I hear the aluminium, or steel or other metals tend to bend the frame if the bike is dropped. Thanks a lot.

Yep, sold by Phillips-Lockhart racing, Parts Unlimited, Tucker-Rocky and others. Any Motorcycle store can get them, and you might be able to purchase direct from the distributors.

It's a delrin or aluminum, 3-4" barrel that attaches to the frame and/or swingarm to reduce body work or engine damage in an accident. Mine have paid for themselves in a driveway tip over already.

I guess kinda like nerf bars then. Like the tubular bumpers all around say a VW dune buggy? Makes you cycle a bumper car......

You can buy aluminum sliders as well. A little more "bling" factor.LOL I have the black delrin ones.

Aluminum sliders are BAD NEWS in most wrecks... they tend to bend the frame instead of give way like they are supposed to.
