emblem placement for 2003 Tundra...help !!!

I recently purchased an 03' Tundra who "de-badged" the truck.
Since then, I have purchased all the nameplates, emblems and TRD stickers, but haven't found a website which could give me some kind of measurement or guide to stick back the emblems exactly where they need to go, especially the TRD stickers. I tried googling for days and nothing. Hope some one can help.
the need to put the side door nameplates "Toyota Tundra"
the side second doors "SR5"
the tailgait nameplate "Toyota Tundra" and "iforce V8"
and the side bed "TRD off road" stickers...
any suggestions...
My only other options is probably going to the Toyota dealer with a
a measuring tape and asking to check out a 2003 Tundra.....thx
