"This is pretty graphic"??? I'd say that is about as graphic as you can get. It reminds me of that governor who had to resign and shot himself on live TV. That was a little more graphic, they had a camera up close recording the aftermath . But I think you should put up more of a warning if you're going to keep it up. I don't think most people are going to want to see that.

my father-in-law is a respiratory therapist. i remember one time a while ago we were going to watch "scream" and he was down visiting for the weekend. he refused to watch the movie. when i asked "why?" he replied "i see enough blood in my day to day life that i don't find the entertainment value in seeing it on tv"
