When I start My car

When i go start my car sometimes it makes a grinding noise something like if you try to start you car and its already on. But mine does it just turning the car on and then a second time after the car is running. Do I need to replace my starter?

Mine has been doing that for a while now too. Is your's REALLY loud? Cause' mine scares the living shit out of anyone close to my car when I turn it on, lol. It's definitely the starter, but I don't know what is causing it.

Tighten your starter bolts... Its probably vibrated loose and is bearly hitting the flywheel. Take a look at it now before you start losing teeth on the flywheel and starter!
