Snow sucks, cold sucks, ice sucks, the roads suck.
I have crappy stock, original tires on because I haven't been able to get snow tires yet. So my car is sliding all over the road. and then when I went to go to the gas station, my drivers side door wouldn't unlock and open for the second day in a row. Today I come to find that my lock is busted. The key turns but it doesn't unlock. So now both my drivers side and passengers side door locks are broken. So if I want to unlock my car, I have to crawl in thru the hatch and unlock it from the inside. Damn piece of ****.

Let me tell ya, having vinyl seats is a bitch in the winter time. It's like my ass is about to fall off evertime I sit in them. But if there's one thing I like though, it's snow.

just got back home. Driving on the highway and my wipers don't work. Sucks when you're driving thru snow and ice with sh*ty tires and you can't even see out your windshield. Tomorrow will be another great day, it's not even going to get out of the single digits. Nice high of 7*F and more freaking snow. I'll wait another day or 2 to finish my damn x-mas shopping. Never live in Syracuse, NY. You get pounded by the Great Lakes, the Atlantic Ocean, and Canada all at once. No wonder so many people move out of state when they graduate high school :D

Yeah I know, I wouldn't have unless I really had to go somewhere. I'll be fixing my wipers, windshield wiper fluid sprayers and getting snow tires this week. And if I die in a car accident before then, I'll make sure the tell God that snow and ice is not cool and to do something about that. ;)

It got to 23 degrees last night and I thought my nipples froze off. I could never move back north... LOL. Around here, the rim of the mountains (sounds like a porn title), there is usually snow or bad weather up near Asheville, NC (about an hour or so from where I'm at) but they're like 2,500+ft. up so it's understandable. But by me, where the altitude varies from like 500-1000ft. people get all nervous when it gets cold. God forbid it rains! Everybody starts buying bread and milk.

i have sedan rear door handles on my hatch. any time my battery dies or my alarm remote is broken, i have to do the same crawling thru the car. after the second time it happened, i wisened up and let the 7 yr old climb thru the car....that works MUCH better :bigthumb:
i hate snow too :swear: :banghead:

i posted a whole thread on this about a month ago.....i left my car in first one night and i didnt know it. my ebrake sucks and i parallel parked my car out front of my house. the next morning i go to start my car up while upstairs in my room and the car starts rolling down the street all quickly. i run downstairs and outside to chase after it because it tried to start up once but didnt and its programmed to start up 3 times. i get to the car and it speeds off again and hits my neighbor's saab. i got charged with hit and run because i left to school cus i was gonna be late. no damage to my car, but damage to the saab's front bumper. they traced my car down to the high school parking lot and mached up the paint and all. i was gonna tell my neighbor after getting home from school but the cops were already waiting for me at the police station, yuck. no fun.

I had to bring this thread back because, I finally got a nice day...it's 60 today :sly: The warmest it's been for the past month has been 36 (and that was 1 day), the rest have been either single digits or in the teens. My front yard and driveway was covered in snow last night, and now I wake up to find it almost completely gone. This is why Syracuse sucks so much. But at least it's not snowing (not that I'll go outside anyways). Just thought I'd share this strangeness with ya'll now, because it's going to be in the low 30's and start getting colder again tomorrow.

I feel so bad for you guys... honestly. I'm not trying to be a smartass or nothing. I couldn't imagine dealing with those temperatures and conditions. Here in SC, people are straight up wuss. Last night my wife and I are trying to watch CSI on CBS and right when crucial parts of the show come on, the stupid local weather people come on with their "updates" of possible tornados in such and such area because it got windy. They like using those dopplar graphs. It was just ridiculous. I'm sure if those areas specified were hit with tornados they most likely lacked power to even view these updates. It just pissed me off. Meanwhile, people in the rest of the country are having it rough. If it gets in the 30s here and there is a chance of rain, they put up the weather warning.

Well I'm going to stop complaining now :D
I'd rather have weird temp changes than -45 degrees or tornados. Hmmm...I should check my sub pump...
