Multiplex Unit Quirks?

I bought a 2005 EX-L last month. About a week after I bought it, we had some bad weather and the driver's window was frozen with ice. To break through it, I flicked the window switch up and down a few times, and it opened. (I apparently hadn't learned anything after breaking the wiper linkage on my last Accord by turning on the wipers when they were frozen to the windshield.)
Something in the process of flicking the window switch up and down temporarily disabled the window's auto up/down feature, but that came back the next time I started the car. But after that, the keyless entry started acting funny. Normally, it should only take one push of the lock button on the remote to lock the doors, flash the parking lights, and set the alarm. But pushing it one time would only lock the doors, and I had to push it a second time to flash the parking lights and set the alarm. And when I'd open the trunk with the remote, it would also disarm the alarm, flash the parking lights twice, and unlock the driver's door, which isn't supposed to happen with the trunk button.
All of these things are controlled by the multiplex unit. I couldn't find any reset procedure for the 7G, but decided to try the reset procedure for the 6G that's been described here. The keyless entry has worked perfectly ever since! Has anyone else with a 7G ran into anything odd like that, and are there other little hidden fixes I should know about?
