service light scan...

I went to autozone and got a scan...he printed it out for me...he said I had a 131 code and 141 code problems...So now do I need to take the car to the dealership where I brought it or is it something I can fix....this is the first proble I have had with this car...it a 2000 grand am...any ideals would help...thanks...
