What makes you so sure it's a vacuum problem?

Ok i was told to block one of the pipes i blokcked the wrong one and the car would stay running but died when i lift my foot form the pedal . So to conclude: it'll idle for a while but if i touch the gz pedal it dies. But when i had blocked the wrong pipe it did'nt idle but stayed running when i pressed the gaz pedal

the vacum line that goes to the map sensor goes to the botom hole and the one i blocked is the one on top it has mnothing going to it and it's open. The car used to work with it like that i dont know if it were'nt meant to be like that

If you blocked the port on the other side of the map sensor from the vacuum line, that would make a problem as it needs to reference atmospheric pressure thru that port to let the computer know how to adjust the fuel delivery.
