I have a '93 88 Royale with the factory AM/FM cassette player and was thinking about going to the local boneyard to look for a CD player. Does anybody know if GM pre-wired all the cars for a CD player, or will I have to make my own harness to splice into?

your local walmart or ebay.

7 bucks or so.

You will also need a dash plate.

usually around 10 bucks or so.

Any audio shop or place that sells car audio will have what you need.
