Newbiw Question

Yesterday i finally got it started and the wheels are spinning like mad,, they wouldnt stop and i wasnt using the hand control to move/power them they where going on there own.

when i pulled the starter cord the car shot off and i couldnt stop it ,

do you an an ESC or the other older one? if you have esc, then the esc could be broken

The ESC needs to be adjusted. Set it up so the wheels arent touching and adjust the ESC according to the instructions.

ESC stands for Electronic Speed Control

I dont know if it has that,,,

Being that its nitro, you need to check the clutch. If this is your first RC, I hate to say it, but you should have gotten an electric.
