messed up computer I think

Car will cut out then reave up at a adle. Connected a obd2 to the computer and it wont link up. Has problems excellerating and raderator fan turn on when vechicle just starts. Put new computer in and does most of the same things and still wont link up. What do people think about this can someone help me out.
