hooked up jumper cables wrong, now nothing but headlights.

I left my lights on and my battery went dead. When I jumped it I hooked the cables up to the wrong terminals. and now the battery has charge because the headlights turn on but nothing else works. Now interior lights, radio or anything else. does anyone know what this could be? When I try to start it nothing at all happens.

I just had this exact thing happen to me this weekend. The fix was to have the main fuse (in the housing next to the battery) replaced. The fuse is about $10.00 but you need to have the right tools to complete the job. Hope this helps!!!

yeah, check your fuses. thats why they are there, to prevent a surge hitting main systems and causing alot more and$$$$ damages. that should fix ya.
