major electrical problem

Hi! i have a 96 ga gt and i just had a major electrical problem on my car .it all started a while back ,the fuse of the exterior lites would always blow .Next the wipers wouldn,t stop uless you turn off the ignition and restart it.Got these problems repaired now the lights don't turn off and the wipers don't stop again and also the windshield washer pump just started working by itself.I took it to a mechanic and he diagnosed the get the problem fixed i need to change all the wireing because they are all fragile and crack easily .Did anyone in this forum ever experience alot of electrical problems.

earlier GA had alot of electrical problems, try contacting GM it wont be covered on any warranty but they can tell you of any recalls or problems that other people have had with 96 GA
