Salvia Divinorum

Anyone ever tried the stuff? I heard it is a very nice trip, with a legal status...sites sell them rolled into joints, but most of them are like "grasscity.com" which wouldnt look so hot on my credit bill that my parents still see. I want to try it, but was wondering if anyone has any experience with it/recomends it.

Well I kinda already decided id like to try it, i was more wondering if anyone thinks it is worth the money. $2ish a joint. It also, although has some hallu properties, it is nothing compared to LSD.

I've heard it's a really wacked out trip, so just be careful if you decide to try it.

i try not to talk about this stuff in public, don't want to give a legal drug too much publicity. Sooner or later as this drug gets more popular, you'll never be able to find it again.

I've used it quite a few times. Don't buy the stuff wrapped up in a joint, you're getting ripped off. The only way to smoke it is through a small pipe or blooper. Salvia has a high vaporization temp, so smoking it in a joint just wont work. I also recommend one of those torch lighter thingys.

This stuff is STRONG, it has been said that the active chemical is more potent than LSD. It is NOT a party drug, some of the experiences are downright painfull, and it hits you fast. Buy from a good source, who knows where most of this shit comes from. Do research on Erowid.org.

I'm not planning on using it ever again. I took a careless dose about 3 months ago, and got majorly fucking sick. My body is still incapable of handling altered states, 2 beers feels like insanity.

actually the starter of the thread DID ask his opinion. he asked for everyone's opinion the drug. eversio has as much of a right to give his "i don't like it" opinion as you do to give yours.

here's my opinion: threads like this don't belong on AF.

Well I was kinda wondering about why it was closed, since it is similar to saying something like "anyone like alcohol"? It is legal. Also comparing it to heroin is retarded, this has no negative effects (known), lasts aprox. 20min, and is able to be bought in the US. Also I hope Gotti wasnt banned for his anti-"heroin remark" post, as I thought the heroin reply was dumb to. W/E Ill drop the topic.

Dude you should read most of that site that I gave you links to. there are negative effects from it. Always know what you're taking and how much you can handle before doing it.

since you're gonna do it anyways, DONT BUY IT IN A JOINT.

you gotta buy the extract in order to trip from it.. the leaves themselves wont do much except for give you spiderwebs in your eyes.

Did it a couple times. I'ts alright, but not my sort of thing. You trip crazy hard, but any noise or anything like that will snap you out of it, and you need a sitter.

I read most of erowid, most people said they felt extremly dizzy for a couple hours after the trip. People who had worse effects admitidly took to much.
