i have a dilemma bettween these 2 cars i want.i am getting my license in a couple days and have decided to buy a car. i have always wanted to buy either a 1992 240sx or a 1986 corolla gts.i am very serious about buying one of these 2 cars and i can assure u it is not a joke.these cars are nto only for daily driving but for circuit racing. when i say circuit racing though i mean like teh solo races where u just come one weekend and do a couple laps on a track to get best times for that track and improve on your skills. n e way..i chose teh 240 becaus after i get good wit its stock 150hp and i can easilly get an sr20 for 5g and then my performance will be high enough for then..i was only aiming fro 200 to 250 hp n e way...but only rear wheel drive of course. i chose teh corolla gts because not only is it one of my favorite cars but wit its light weight it can do a lot..as welll it is not to hard either to get an AE101(obviously not teh 11,000rpm TRDS monster version) of 160hp and then upgrading the engine internals. im hoping someone could give me a good reason y one would be better then the other and i could make a decision. :smile:

Dont go with the sr20 swap too much money, turbo the ka much better idea. Believe me. Its easier turbo and u can make it hella fast with 5g do internals and piece together a turbo kit. And the 240sx is one of my favorite cars so dont trash it and rice it plz ( for sure dont crash it into a wall at a circuit event or whatever it is that u do) good luck and have fun

i c..not many people modify the KA though...ya but i can get a sr20 for 5g as well so doesnt it come out to teh same price..by adding a turbo to teh KA how much power will i puit out..how come so many people always drop the sr20 and not modify teh ka n e way
