Running Board Lights

On My 2002 Expedition Eddie Bauer, I Am Not Able To Get The Running Board Lights To Come On.is There Some Secret To Making These Work? Also Cannot Get The Drivers Side Seat Heat To Work, Passenger Side Does Work But Not Drivers Side.

Running board lights should only come on when the doors are unlocked, opened or the alarm is unarmed (on some models). You cannot turn them on by hand. Have you checked all of your fuses for both the running board lights and seat heat?
