Power lock problems help please

I have a 97 t-bird and i am having power lock problems. Sometimes it works but has been getting worse. If it works it clicks a few times and then the lock will move slowly so i think its the motor going bad. Recently i removed the door panel and tried to remove the power lock but relized its almost impossible to remove it. So if anyone has any ideas on how to get it out or even better that it is something else please tell me. Thanks

First it could be a bad connnection. second if the selonoids are bad then yoy just need to replace them or start locking it manually.
