Hey i got a problem and need your guy's advice.....First off, please dont say anything really negative or flame cuz im really serious...
Ok...so i found this deal and it seems like the deal ive been waiting for this whole time. I really want to go check it out, and my dad thinks that i should get my car now. My mom and step dad want me to wait though. I have been saving for a car for almost a year and half now and im only 15 (just turned a few weeks ago) and i already have about 2000$ saved and i dont have a job. I think ive acomplished a lot with that money. I only have to pay 1/3 of my car so i really only need 900$.
Check this deal out and let me know what i should do....Wait another year, or go with it since im an idiot and started searching for 240sx like a year ago and think ive finally found a deal???

if you can talk him down to around 2gs, id buy it, but it seems like hes asking a bit too much for it.

yeah i was thinking about keep saving money, but its in my price range and its extremely hard to find deals around here. Not only is it less than all the other 240's, its got less miles, ontop of that its stick!!! can it get any better??
Yes i have heard that its a way high price, but around here i rarely even see 240s in autotrader when i buy it. Its only 17 miles away from my house. Maybe i should just go check it out...

my uncle is also a lawyer for a car dealership, im thinking about maybe calling him and see'ing if he could talk the guy down a bit. But my parents would have to agree first...Is it too soon to get a car?? i mean i have been looking forever now and i finally get one deal...Too bad i wouldnt have seen this another 9 months from now or something

Ehhh??? Thats about what I payed for mine. No matter what you do, you're always gonna find a better deal after you buy it. Its proven. Go check it out and then start deciding. Or at least get some pics. Can't base your decision on a listing with no pics.

kind of sounded like my situation long time ago when i wanted an honda lmao (now that i think about it im completly retarded for ever wanting a honda/acura) well there was a 91 240 for sale, needed a nice cleaning, new bumber, engine, dashboard and left doorpanel, but the guy was only asking $200. My friend told me last night he went to go buy it for me as a x-mas present and it was gone! so i guess i missed out on that deal , might think im nuts buts its fun to do some custom work every now and then. allows you to know your car better.

If it's that close to your house, go check it out. See what is good/bad with it.....think a little, if you need help, ask your dad or post something on here. If everything seems alright, buy it. If not, wait till another deal comes around......sounds like that'd be a while though. Just go with your gut instinct once you see the car.

Nothing wrong with wanting a Honda. I would like to pick one up cheap right now for a daily driver. At least to keep the miles off my KA-T. I also hate when something breaks and your in a bind to fix it before work tomorrow.
